Table of Contents kaise use kare?

Table of contents ko use karna bahut hi aasan hai agar aap thik se ms office chala lete hai to agar nahi bhi chala pate hai to bhi mai aapko aasani se samjha dunga ki microsoft office me table of contents kaise use kare bas aap meri batayi gayi step ko thik se follow kare jisse samjhne me koi problem nahi hogi.
Step1: Sabse pahle ms office open kare aur jis kisi bhi file me table of contents use karna chahte hai use open kare.
Step2: Ab Document ke starting me jaye aur Insert page Break kare.

Step3: Ab home tab me Style group me apne hisab se document ke title ko Heading1 aur subtitle ko Heading 2 select kare esi tarike se jin bhi title ko main rakhna hai unhe Heading1 aur jo inka part hai oose heading2, heading3…… select kare. Es tarike se file ke sabhi Title and unke subtitle ko select kar lijiye.

Step4: Ab Reference tab me jaye aur Table Of contents par click kare aapko 3 din tarike ki table show hogi tab apne hisab se koi si bhi table select kar ljiye tab Aapke samne ek table create ho jayegi jisme aapne jo heading1 aur heading 2 matlab heading aur subheading select kiye the unki puri list show hogi.
Step5: ab aapki table of contents create ho chuki hai kisi bhi title par direct jane ke liye File ke Home page par jaye aur Title name par Ctrl button ke sath click kar dijye jisse aap us title par redirect ho jayenge aur title me likha pura data bhi show ho jayega.

Table create karne ke baad me agar aap data me koi changes karte hai to changes karne ke baad Table par jaye click kare aur Update table par click kar dijiye jisse table me huye changes ka bhi index me update ho jayega aur page number bhi change ho jayegnge.
