Hyundai Alcazar Facelift Launch Date Confirmed for India: Set to Arrive on September 9, 2024

Hyundai Alcazar Facelift: Hyundai Motor India has officially confirmed the launch date for the much-anticipated Hyundai Alcazar facelift, which is set to hit the market on September 9, 2024. The Alcazar, a three-row SUV based on the popular Hyundai Creta, has been a significant player in the Indian automotive market since its debut in 2021. The upcoming facelift promises to bring comprehensive upgrades, making it an even more compelling option for buyers.

What to Expect from the Hyundai Alcazar Facelift?

The Hyundai Alcazar facelift is expected to feature several design and feature upgrades, taking cues from the new Creta. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Exterior Design: Spy shots have hinted at a revised front design, including a new signature LED DRL pattern, a refreshed grille, and an updated front bumper for a more refined look. The rear will also see changes with reworked LED taillights, a redesigned tailgate, and an updated bumper. New alloy wheels are expected to enhance the overall profile.
  • Interior Upgrades: The cabin is set to receive significant updates, including a new layout shared with the Creta. Key features include two 10.25-inch screens—one for the digital instrument console and another for the touchscreen infotainment system. Other features include a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, wireless charging, and an electrically adjustable driver’s seat. Hyundai is also expected to introduce new materials and upholstery options to refresh the interior ambiance.
  • Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS): One of the most notable upgrades is the inclusion of Level 2 ADAS, similar to the Creta. This enhancement will make the Hyundai Alcazar a more attractive choice for family buyers, allowing it to compete with rivals like the Mahindra XUV700, Kia Carens, Tata Safari, and MG Hector Plus.

Hyundai Alcazar Facelift Specifications

The facelifted Hyundai Alcazar will continue to be powered by the same petrol and diesel engine options:
