Exercising on Mondays can kickstart your weekly workout routine. This adage may no longer be true. According to Spotify, the music streaming service, the highest volume of workout music streams occur in the middle of the week rather than on the first day of the week.

Mid-week evenings work best for Aryaman Gautam, a 20-year-old college student from Vellore. “Because it’s the busiest at that time, you feel compelled to flex your muscles and get pumped.” It feels fantastic to have everyone’s attention on you.”
Meanwhile, Sengupta stated that the beat is something that helps with the extra rep.
Wednesday, according to Sai Srinivas Polavarapu, coach at a Pune-based fitness startup, is the new Monday for working out. “The priority after the weekend is to arrive at work on time on Monday.” Due to weekend activities and late nights, you will need to sleep by the time you return to work on Monday. “You don’t get back into a proper routine until midweek,” he says.

When I’m walking on the treadmill, I listen to the latest songs that I’m obsessed with. “It would be high beats and relatable/motivating vocals while sprinting,” said Tarika Rastogi, a Meerut-based college student.
