We have learned exclusively that Anushka Sharma and cricketer Virat Kohli are expecting their second child, with Sharma possibly in the second trimester.

“Anushka is expecting her second child,” a source says. They will formally announce the news to the world at a later date, as they did previously.” Vamika, the couple’s daughter, was born in January 2021.
The 35-year-old hasn’t been seen or photographed in Mumbai in quite some time. “It’s not a coincidence. “She is staying out of the public eye to avoid speculation,” the source adds.
Sharma isn’t traveling with Kohli or attending his matches, which she normally does.

Sharma recently wrapped production on her next film, Chakda’Xpress. In the film, she plays former Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami.
Sharma, who married Kohli in an intimate ceremony in Italy in 2017, recently spoke about her motherhood journey and how she managed to shoot for Chakda Xpress, her first project after the birth of Vamika.
