Celebrities from Bollywood attended Ganesh Chaturthi pujas at Arpita Khan Sharma and Govinda’s homes. Some even went to temples.
Ganpati is returning to India this year, and Bollywood celebrities are preparing to greet him. On Tuesday, several actors from the Hindi film industry were sighted in Mumbai celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi. Kartik Aaryan, Richa Chadha, Varun Dhawan, Shamita Shetty, and others were among them.
On Tuesday afternoon, Kartik made a visit to Mumbai’s iconic Lalbaugcha Raja. He arrived wearing a red kurta and khaki leggings and offered prayers to Lord Ganesha. The priest blessed him by applying a tilak to his head. Even the cast of the upcoming film Fukrey 3 was spotted at the pandal. Richa Chadha, Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, and Manjot Singh were among them. Richa even spotted and cuddled with a kitten outside the pandal.
More celebrities were sighted at Arpita Khan Sharma and Aayush Sharma’s Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. Varun Dhawan wore a purple kurta and Natasha Dalal wore a lilac gown. Shamita Shetty was also seen wearing a white gown. Chunky Panday smiled brightly for the cameras as well.
Arpita Khan Sharma was also seen welcoming Ganpati into her home with her mother Salma Khan and elder sister Alvira Agnihotri in a video. Bharti Singh also brought Ganesha home with him, complete with dhol music and dance.
Actor Govinda also observed Ganesh Chaturthi at his residence. He was photographed alongside his wife Sunita, son Yashvardhan, and actor-couple Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani.
On Tuesday, actor Neil Nitin Mukesh and his father, singer Nitin Mukesh, observed Ganesh Chaturthi with their families. “This year’s celebration is more special because it is also the year of birth centenary of my respected father, so happiness is overflowing in the heart and we wait for Ganpati throughout the year,” Nitin Mukesh told ANI.
Neil Nitin Mukesh expressed his appreciation for the festival, saying, “We all wait a lot for these ten days because so many members of the family come to our house, so many guests come, our friends, our families from all over the country and abroad, we all wait for these ten days so that we can all stay at home and welcome them.”
“Now that I see Nurvi happily celebrating this festival, I feel even happier,” he continued. We consider ourselves privileged. It is a source of excellent fortune that the entire Mukesh family is commemorating the thirtieth puja.”
