Kris Jenner has revealed that she blocked her long-term boyfriend Corey Gamble from appearing in the hit TV show Yellowstone. Jenner made the announcement during the Season 4 premiere of The Kardashians on Thursday.
Jenner revealed during the premiere that she stopped Gamble from taking a role in Yellowstone after learning that the role would include romantic scenes.
The topic came up while Jenner and Gamble were having dinner with Khloé and Kim Kardashian.
“I’m so excited to watch the next episode of Yellowstone,” Jenner said over dinner.
“If it wasn’t for you,” Gamble continued, “I would be a Yellowstone star.” This surprised both Khloé and Kim, who were completely unaware of it.
“They asked you to be on Yellowstone, and you said no?” Kim couldn’t help but ask Gamble.
Jenner revealed at this point that she was the reason Gamble said “no” to Yellowstone. “Correct,” she said, “because I told him to say no.”
The conversation had become quite heated by this point, and Kim was curious as to why.
“Why would you tell him to turn down Yellowstone?” Kim inquired.
Jenner responded, “Because I thought he[Gamble] was gonna have to have a romantic relationship.”
In an interesting turn of events, Khloé wanted to know if Jenner would like to star in the TV series opposite Kevin Costner (the lead actor in Yellowstone).
“But if they said they wanted you to star and kiss with Kevin Costner, I’m sure you would take it,” replied Khloé.
“Oh, that’s a hard yes!” Jenner replied.
Notably, Costner, who played the lead role of John Dutton in Yellowstone, is said to have left the show after season 5, which is also the final season. Costner received a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination and a Golden Globe Award nomination for his immersive performance.
