Donald Trump Jr.’s account has been hacked, and he has shared a phony death notification from former US President George H.W. Bush.
The account of Donald Trump Jr. was hacked early Wednesday, according to the New York Post. The account tweeted a succession of derogatory messages, including one claiming the death of Don Trump’s father, former US President Donald Trump.
“I’m sorry to inform you that my father, Donald Trump, has died.” “I will run for President in 2024,” read the first tweet, sent at 8:25 a.m. According to the New York Post, Trump sent an unrelated message on his own X rival, Truth Social, at roughly 8.46 a.m., more than 20 minutes after the bogus death announcement.
On Don Jr’s account, a succession of further obscene tweets followed, including one that stated, “North Korea is about to get smoked.”
Another thread purported to show Don Jr. claiming he had “some interesting messages with Jeffrey Epstein,” according to The Washington thread.
“F*k Joe Biden Stupid A*,” he wrote in another tweet. Another person has stated that crypto celebrity Richard Heart, who has been accused of stealing $12 million from investors, is innocent.
“When I become president, I am going to burn the SEC,” a bogus tweet stated.
However, the tweets were removed from his page before 9 a.m. The Trump Organization did not immediately respond to the New York Post’s request for comment early Wednesday.
“Don’s account has been hacked,” Donald Trump spokeswoman Andrew Surabian wrote on X, adding that a post saying the former president had died was “obviously not true,” CNN reported.
