Khakha’s potency test was carried out on August 21 by a board of specialists, including a urologist, sexologist, physician, and psychologist, according to a doctor at Delhi’s Lok Nayak Jai Prakash (LNJP) Hospital. Contrary to Khakha’s allegations that he had a vasectomy 18 years ago and is unable to have sex, the board’s medical experts believed that he is fully capable of engaging in sexual activity. We need to do the virility test to verify his second claim, according to the guy, who asked to remain anonymous.
Procedure is used in a potency test. To determine if an accused person is sexually competent, it is done in rape trials.
According to a Delhi Police official, the court will be informed about Khakha’s reluctance to provide a sample of his semen and to have the test performed. The officer claimed, pleading anonymity, “Even without conducting this test, the charges of rape stay…sexual intercourse alone does not determine a rape case.”
Khaka was detained in August for allegedly raping the child at his home between November 2020 and January 2021 when she was under his care after the death of her father.
According to the child, she went to Khakha’s home in Burari to get over her father’s death-related melancholy. On October 31, 2020, Khakha reportedly committed her first rape. After that, he repeatedly violated her until January 21 when she became pregnant. When the girl reported the sexual assault to Khakha’s wife, she was given abortion pills. Khakha and his wife are both in protective custody.
The youngster was reportedly abused by Khakha at the independent Amazing Grace Church in Burari anytime he saw her. Khakha began as a probationary welfare officer in 1998 and advanced to one of the most influential positions as an official on special duty to the women and child development ministry. The church is a little cult of around 30 families and is not connected to any recognized diocese.
