In his speech to a rally in Jhanjharpur, Amit Shah declared that the NDA would win all 40 Lok Sabha seats in Bihar in the 2024 general election.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah slammed the Opposition’s Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance, or INDIA, on Saturday, alleging that it changed its former name United Progressive Alliance because it didn’t want to be identified with endemic corruption.
Amit Shah also asserted that the partnership between Bihar head Minister Nitish Kumar and RJD head Lalu Prasad Yadav is like oil and water and can’t last.
“They’ve formed a new alliance under a new name.” They operated under the UPA banner and committed corruption totaling 12 lakh crore. While serving as railway minister, Lalu Yadav engaged in corruption costing crores. They altered their name since they couldn’t come up with the term UPA, so they came up with INDI Alliance,” Shah stated during a rally in Jhanjharpur, Madhubani district, Bihar.
The senior BJP leader accused the opposition coalition of being selfish, saying, “Lalu Yadav wants to make his son the chief minister.” Nitish Kumar aspires to be Prime Minister. However, this is not feasible since the job of Prime Minister is now empty. Narendra Modi will reclaim that status. This coalition is returning Bihar to the days of the Jungle Raj. They are giving over Bihar to factions that would not allow Bihar to be safe via appeasement…”
Shah also drew attention to Bihar cabinet member Chandra Shekhar’s contentious statements on Ramcharitmanas and DMK leader Udhayanidhi Stalin’s views on ‘Sanatana Dharma’.
“People in this alliance disrespect Ramcharitmanas… cancel Rakshandhan and Janmashtami holidays.” They link Sanatana Dharma to a variety of ailments. They can only offer appeasement… “The opposition alliance was opposed to the Ram temple’s construction,” Shah said.
The home minister said that the NDA would win all 40 Lok Sabha seats in Bihar in 2024, breaking the previous record set in 2019.
“We won 39 seats in 2019, and this time we’re going to break all records and win all 40 seats,” he promised.
Shah further said that the state of law and order in Bihar is worsening by the day, and that the “opportunistic alliance” would exacerbate the issue.
“The law and order situation in Bihar is deteriorating on a daily basis, and the presence of the Mahagathbandhan will exacerbate the situation in the coming days,” Shah warned.
“If Modiji does not become PM again, the entire ‘Seemanchal’ region will be full of ‘ghuspaithiyas’ (intruders),” Shah stated during the gathering.
Shah further claimed that the African Union was included to the G20 due of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
