Aurignys 2025 Summer Schedule Brings Back Dublin Flights and Expands UK Connections
Aurignys 2025 Summer Schedule Brings Back Dublin Flights: Aurigny, Guernsey’s States-owned airline, has unveiled its much-anticipated 2025 summer schedule, featuring new and returning routes that aim to enhance travel options for both locals and tourists. The airline will reintroduce flights to Dublin, with three weekly flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays—a welcome return after growing demand from travelers for Irish connectivity.
The 2025 summer program also includes daily flights to popular UK destinations Manchester, Birmingham, and Bristol, reinforcing Guernsey’s accessibility to key cities. Aurigny has ramped up its London City service, now offering 15 flights per week to accommodate increased demand, while discontinuing flights to London Stansted. The decision to streamline services follows recent calls from tourism businesses, who expressed concern about delayed schedule announcements.
The Edinburgh route, popular among tourists and residents alike, will continue with a weekly flight every Wednesday. Additionally, the airline will run twice-weekly flights to Leeds Bradford on Wednesdays and Saturdays, starting from May 21 through September 27, and offer flights to Paris on Mondays and Fridays.
Aurigny’s Chief Commercial Officer, Sudeep Ghai, highlighted the airline’s focus on “operational integrity” in curating the summer schedule. “We’re especially pleased to bring back our popular Paris, Edinburgh, and London City services, building on their success,” he said.
A recent review of Aurigny’s fleet operations revealed a pilot shortage as the primary challenge impacting schedules. The phased release of the 2025 schedule aims to prevent disruptions and improve service reliability, delivering a robust connectivity network for Guernsey travelers.
